There was no sales pressure and no hassle - just good customer service. Jon made the buying process effortless, and Jeff was very helpful in answering my technical questions. I traveled seven hours to pick up the bike, and they had it ready and waiting for me. Highly recommend.

Found a great lightly used bike on line at Gateway. Advertised price was out the door with out any hidden or tacked on costs. They posted a lot of clear photos of the bike from all angles. Jon was kind enough to take more photos and a video as well for me. He was very prompt at answering all the questions I asked. Jon made buying the bike from 600 miles away easy! Thanks

I’m new to owning a BMW GS. I go to Gateway to learn from them, everyone there is so kind and teach me about my bike. I bought the bike used and it needs some TLC. Zack in service owned a few bikes like mine and has worked on many, he’s happy share what he knows. When I was shopping for riding gear Marklyn was happy to show me what I needed starting out on an adventure bike. I test rode another bike and there was no pressure to purchase. I don’t feel any pressure to purchase anything while I’m there they pass along what they know and let me decide. I’m with the motorcycle I ride and even happier I have a wealth of knowledge to lean on at Gateway.

Two words for Gateway: Ridiculously Phenomenal. I just picked up a 2023 R 1250 GSA and absolutely couldn't be happier. I even flew halfway across the country to get my bike there. Now I'm happily riding 2k miles home. The price was the best I had ever seen and was by far less than I ever expected. The miles were way better than expected. And Tom... Tom was the best salesman I've had the pleasure of working with in my entire life. I absolutely HIGHLY recommend Gateway BMW. R'amen!

These guys were awesome. Do not hesitate to go here. So I’m heading on a 3000 mile trip from Michigan down to the gulf coast and back and I’ve got some weird voltage issues on my bike. I find this place in St. Louis which is the nearest dealer. I roll in and they’re having an event with hundreds of people lots of expensive BMWs and I’ve got my relatively cheap royal Enfield Himalayan. I thought they were going to tell me they are too busy to help me. They had me bring the bike right i. They did a quick look gave me some ideas of what might be going on figured that everything looked OK (they were) and really treated me like I come in there every day. Shannon in particular was fantastic but you can tell the whole place works like that. This is old school service with a capital S they were just friendly and fantastic. I wish I lived there. I can’t say enough good things about them. 6 ⭐️ 😁
